Kamal Hassan's latest release Vikram is creating waves at the ticket windows. The film is running to packed theatres and the makers just cannot wait to roll another movie from the franchise.
Bowled over by Hassan's performance in the film is none other than Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi. He invited Kamal Haasan and director Lokesh Kanagaraj to his house and felicitated the duo for the success of Vikram.
Joining in the celebration was Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who was also present at Chiranjeevi's house.
Taking to to social media, Chiranjeevi shared pictures in which he and Salman Khan can be seen flanking Kamal Hassan, who was presented with an exquisite purple silk shawl and bouquets of flowers.

Now coming to Vikram, the film is a spiritual successor to the 1986 film with the same name, also starring Kamal Hassan.
Written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Raaj Kamal Films International, Vikram stars Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil. Kalidas Jayaram, Narain and Chemban Vinod Jose play supporting roles while Suriya makes a cameo appearance. Made on a budget of Rs 120 crore, Vikram has minted around Rs 285 crore in less than two weeks of its release.
