Blast from the past: When Salman Khan called Katrina Kaif “incredibly hardworking”

Salman Khan has a big heart, something that he keeps proving time and again. The superstar has helped a number of people over the years, including his co-stars. Khan has been one of the biggest supporters of Katrina Kaif throughout her career.

The two first worked together on David Dhawan’s comic-caper Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya (2005) and later went on to share the screen space in several blockbuster films such as Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), and Bharat (2019).

The duo was once in a relationship which did not last long. However, even after having a rather controversial breakup with her, Salman Khan also stood by Katrina Kaif and never said anything against her. In fact, he never missed a chance to praise her.

In one of the past interviews, Khan called her “incredibly hardworking”. “Katrina dances very well, has a great personality and is incredibly hardworking,” he said.

The superstar went on to add, “She is very professional and people love her a lot. Katrina lights up the stage whenever she is on it and you can see the love people shower on her when she is performing.”

Meanwhile, Katrina Kaif is busy preparing for her marriage with her alleged boyfriend Vicky Kaushal. The duo is set to tie the knot on December 9 in Rajasthan. Salman Khan’s sisters are also expected to attend the wedding along with their husbands.
