Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana has bought a plush apartment in Mumbai worth ₹19 crores. His younger brother, Aparshakti Khurana, has also bought a unit in the same housing complex. While the Vicky Donor (2012) actor has spent ₹19 crores for the purchase, his younger brother has paid ₹7 crores.

Ayushmann Khurrana, who was most recently seen in Abhishek Kapoor’s critically and commercially successful film Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui (2021) opposite Vaani Kapoor, has bought two units on the 20th floor at Windsor Grande Residences, Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West from the developer Windsor Realty Pvt Ltd.

As per reports, the deed of the apartment was registered on November 29, 2021. The actor paid ₹96.50 lakh as stamp duty. As far as the area of both the apartments is concerned, they spread over 4,027 square feet, as per documents. The apartments come with four car parking spaces.

Khurrana’s younger brother, Aparshakti Khurana, bought an apartment that comes with an area of 1,745 square feet. He bought it for ₹7.25 crore and paid a stamp duty of ₹36.25 lakh. It comes with two car parking spaces. The deed of the apartment was registered on December 7, 2021.

This is not the first time when the Khurana brothers have invested in property. In 2020, the duo had bought a house in Panchkula for ₹9 crore for their family who lives in Chandigarh.
