Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul drop 5-star hotels and plan their wedding at the Shetty's Bungalow
The big wedding
Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul are soon tieing the knot. Through a source, it is reported that the actor and cricketer are getting married, Alas! In a matter of months, the couple will hold the ceremony. Keeping good in mind Suniel & Mana Shetty's bond with the Bollywood biggies the wedding celebrations will reflect the same with many stars attending.
What do we know so far
Not long ago the couple moved into their Bandra apartment. In a later update, we learnt that the venue has been fixed but the date is pending. The wedding date will be out after checking RL Rahul’s match schedule. A source shared that a well-known wedding organising team has visited Khandala for a recce. The couple has opted to house their ceremony not in 5-star hotels but at the bride’s father Suniel Shetty's home -Jahaan in Khandala.
The venue
Suneil Shetty and Mana Shetty have a close connection to this Khandala Bungalow. They had it built seventeen years ago and it sits on a plush acre of land. The interiors of the house share the outside earthy tones.
When is the big day
Friends and family close to the couple will be informed soon to be available from the end of December to the first week of January. This wedding will be the second to have been celebrated in the Bollywood and Cricket world after Virat and Anushka’s.
