Arjun Das, a well-known Tamil actor who appeared in movies like Kaithi, Master, and Vikram, is getting ready to break into the Bollywood film industry. The actor is prepared to make his acting debut in the Hindi remake of the well-liked Malayalam film Angamaly Diaries. Madhumita Sundararaman, who gained notoriety with the Tamil film "Karuppudurai," will make her Bollywood debut as the director of the Hindi version.
While expressing his joy over his debut in Bollywood, the actor said, “I am delighted that my first step in the Hindi film world is happening on such a strong footing. With Madhumita in command of the re-imagining of such a stellar film as Angamaly Diaries and having Abundantia Entertainment and Vikram produce the film, I couldn’t have asked for a better start to this new chapter for me. Madhumita has brought her own unique flavour to this film and I can’t wait for the audience to watch her vision for the film.”
Further, the 31-year-old actor also thanked his Master director Lokesh Kanagaraj and actor Vijay. He said, “Firstly, a big thank you to Lokesh Sir & Vijay Sir. I've said this before and I'm saying it again - I am forever grateful to both of you. I'm sure most of you are wondering why I'm thinking of both of them. The truth is, if not for Master I'm not sure I would have landed this role. So, thank you once again Lokesh Sir, Vijay Sir & the entire team of Master. The day I signed this project, the only people I shared the news with were my parents, Vijay Sir, Lokesh Sir, and Vigna Sir... and rightly so."
