Anushka Sharma trains for Chakda Xpress battling the scorching heat of Mumbai

Since Anushka Sharma announced her comeback in Bollywood after four years, fans have been nothing but ecstatic. Well, the actress has been putting in a lot of effort to play cricketer Jhulan Goswami on the big screen in the upcoming biopic Chakda Express. She frequently keeps posting photos and videos from her workouts, and today she shared a boomerang video of her battling with the heat.

Sharing the clip on her Instagram story, the PK (2014) actress sarcastically wrote, "Not at all hot."

Anushka Sharma is dressed in a white tee shirt and black track pants in the picture. Her hair is pulled back into a single ponytail. She is sitting on the ground in the hot sun, taking a selfie. We can see a glimpse of the cricket ground behind her in her boomerang.

Chakda Xpress is based on the life of cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The film will be available on Netflix, the world's largest streaming platform. Prosit Roy will helm the film, which will be produced by Anushka Sharma's brother Karnesh Sharma's Clean Slate Filmz.

After the birth of her baby Vamika in 2021, Anushka Sharma's first venture is Chakda Xpress. 

The actress revealed earlier this year that she will be quitting Clean Slate Filmz, which she co-founded with her brother Karnesh Ssharma, to pursue acting. Bulbbul (2020), a Netflix film, was her most successful work as a producer. Paatal Lok (2020), a smash hit web series on Amazon Prime Video, was also produced by her. The actress revealed her last project as a producer: Mai (2022), a Netflix original series.
