Amrita Rao and her husband, RJ Anmol, have shared photos and stories from their Bali honeymoon. They posted a new video to their Youtube page, Couple of Things, in which they said they went to Bali for their honeymoon after announcing their engagement in 2016. RJ Anmol stated in the video that the couple traveled to Bali after Amrita saw Julia Roberts' Eat, Pray, Love.
Anmol told Amrita, after showing her a video from their honeymoon, "Waha pe ek bohut khubsoorat moment hua tha, let me see if you can recall this moment." Anmol stated before showing the clip to the audience, "A local was there with his family, and his wife was pregnant. He approached us, motioned to Amrita, and said this."
Anmol then showed a video of someone speaking to him and referring to his wife, then at Amrita. He was overheard saying: "This is the allure. She is expecting a child because she wants to see your baby as beautiful as your girlfriend. It's similar to this. Thank you kindly." Amrita was seen grinning, nodding, and laughing.
Amrita told the watchers “It was a big flattering moment for me because they didn't know that I was an actress. But they just liked my face. She was a pregnant lady so she thought that, maybe it's in their tradition, that if a pregnant lady wants a beautiful baby then they should look at a beautiful face. They requested me to come and spend some time with them. It was flattering for me."
Anmol showed a clip of himself hopping on the side of the road as a car went by in another segment of the video. He stated, "Take a look at that. What a gadi gayi thi! I was almost hit by a car." "Thank God he was almost hit by a car and not a girl," Amrita said.
It also featured Amrita signing autographs on the beach. Anmol stated that Amrita had previously done the same on Mumbai's beach, which was recreated on Bali's beach. They also gave us a glimpse of a temple visit, id surfing, and river rafting, as well as being guests at a local's exotic residence.
Amrita and Anmol started dating in 2009 and married on May 15, 2014, in a private ceremony. Veer, their one-year-old son, is their only child.
