'Adipurush', which was planned to be one of the largest Indian projects ever, was regrettably surrounded by far too many issues. The first and most serious problem was individuals voicing their dissatisfaction with the VFX and cartoonish vibe of the picture. Now that some peeks of the upgraded version are available, netizens are giving it a thumbs up!
For the uninitiated, the makers announced the postponement of the picture shortly after all of the outrage and took extra months to conduct some revisions, including VFX. The Prabhas-starrer was set to hit theatres in January, but it has now been pushed back to June 16th, 2023. Of course, a complete redesign is not envisaged, but one might hope for some appealing enhancements in the final product.

Adipurush's producers revealed yesterday that the picture will be exhibited at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 13, 2023, three days before its official theatrical release. Some screenshots from the Tribeca Film Festival's website have been shared on Twitter, and they clearly indicate a difference when comparing before and after photos. The color grading has changed noticeably.
