Adipurush: Cricketer Virender Sehwag MOCKS Prabhas And Kriti Sanon Starrer Film; Says 'Ab Pata Chala Kattapa Ne Baahubali Ko Kyu Maara' (View Post)

Anyone who has seen the Prabhas and Kriti Sanon movie has been making tremendous fun of 'Adipurush.' And now Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag has joined the fray to viciously mock the movie. Using the well-known characters from the Prabhas blockbuster 'Baahubali,' he mocked the movie on Instagram and made subtle digs at it.

"Adipurush dekhkar pata chala Katappa ne Bahubali ko kyun maara tha," he wrote in jest. Fans of Virendra Sehwag were giddy, and they said that he was running late for the bus. The biggest letdown for fans, who have blasted the producers for making fun of the Ramayana, has been 'Adipurush.'

'Adipurush,' which debuted on June 16, 2023 is currently having trouble drawing people to theatres. The movie has utterly tanked at the box office and will soon be removed from screens.

Despite changes to the dialogue, the movie failed to draw audiences because of the star cast, Prabhas as Raghav, Kriti Sanon as Sita, and Saif Ali Khan as Ravan and the extremely subpar visual effects.

In fact, viewers even questioned Om Raut about where he spent the 600 Crore because the movie looks cheap in every way.

After this monumental setback, Kriti Sanon and Prabhas quickly put it behind them and are working on their forthcoming flicks. Prabhas is preparing for 'Project K' with Deepika Padukone while Kriti is busy filming 'The Crew' with Tabu and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Additionally, Kamal Haasan has joined the 'Project K' crew.
